SHIPPING POLICY
Orders usually ship within 3-6 business days out of our US warehouse. US orders will typically arrive within 5-10 business days and Canadian Orders will typically take 6-12 business days, depending on where you live. We are not responsible for late shipments due to carrier delays.
RETURN POLICY
Misships, Missing Items, Damaged Items; Please inform us within 3 business days of the delivery if there are any problems with your order. Clearance items, are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please inform us within 30 days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded - the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund total.If you have never used essential oil products or have sensitive skin, we recommend you spot test for 3 days before applying any serums on to face.
